San Diego Move Wrestling is a elite wrestling academy in San Diego offering high-quality training for youth, high school, and adult athletes. Centrally located near Clairemont & Kearny Mesa, our program serves both male & female athletes of all ages & experience levels. From beginner youth classes to high school competition training and adult wrestling, San Diego Move Wrestling is committed to helping athletes of all levels reach their potential.

Our Services

Youth Wrestling

Our Youth Wrestling Program is designed to build a strong foundation in wrestling through structured training, positive coaching, and a fun, disciplined environment. Athletes ages 5 through middle school are introduced to the core skills and fundamentals of wrestling while developing confidence, coordination, and a love for the sport.

Elite Competition Team

Athletes in the Elite Competition Team train in a structured, high-intensity environment that emphasizes freestyle and folkstyle development, live wrestling, match strategy, and tournament preparation. Practices are built around discipline, accountability, and a championship mindset, helping wrestlers develop the physical, technical, and mental toughness needed to compete at local, state, and national levels.

Private Lessons

Our private lessons provide athletes with personalized, one-on-one coaching designed to accelerate skill development and maximize individual performance. These sessions focus on the specific needs of each wrestler, allowing for detailed technical instruction, targeted drilling, and focused improvement in key areas of their game.

Adult Wrestling

Our Adult Wrestling Program is designed for former high school and college wrestlers, as well as jiu-jitsu athletes, who want to continue training and improve their takedown game in a relaxed and supportive environment. This program provides a structured but low-pressure setting where athletes can sharpen their wrestling skills, stay in shape, and enjoy high-quality training.
