This clinic will cover the fundamentals of sports nutrition and how proper fueling habits can improve energy, recovery, performance, body composition, and long-term health. Whether your athlete is new to the sport or already competing at a high level, this clinic will provide practical and easy-to-apply information for everyday training and competition.
